Georgetta A. Robinson, the visionary leader behind Providential Management, Marketing, and Educational Services (PMMES, LLC) in Columbus, Ohio, embodies innovation and excellence in business and leadership. With a doctorate in Management and Health Administration from Northcentral University, Georgetta has seamlessly integrated technology, healthcare, education, marketing, and leadership into her career. Her journey from retail management to a pivotal role in Information Architecture (IA) showcases her adaptability, strategic acumen, and results-driven approach. Georgetta’s work extends beyond business success; she is deeply committed to social impact, aiming to empower underrepresented communities and foster positive change. Her ongoing project, a foundational book on IA methods, highlights her dedication to education and the transformative power of knowledge. As a trailblazer, Georgetta’s legacy is marked by her innovative solutions, educational impact, and a vision for a more equitable future.
Dr. Robinson also served proudly as an Officer in the United States Navy oversaw the program portfolio for Reserves Affairs in the Contingency development and integration group; served as the Administrative Officer for the National Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Role III Multinational Medical Unit in Afghanistan and coordinated plans operations and medical intelligence in Germany. She has also worked intricately on national coverage policy decisions; quality standards and measurements; and health disparities public reporting initiatives for the Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services in her civilian position. Her unique and primary interests directly correlate to the several committees which she participated while working with the federal government such as the 2020 Health Information Technical Committee, Federal Collaborative on Health Disparities Research, and the National Partnership for Action to End Health Disparities.
She currently is a member of the University of Maryland National Alumni Association and also served on the University of Maryland Eastern Shore Business and Technology Alumni Board; the Towson University Women and Leadership Alumni Board; the Towson University Women and Leadership Alumni Council, Boys Hope Girls Hope Baltimore Mentoring program, The National Association of Mental Illness and Public Policy Program Committee and the Maryland Healthcare Executives Chapter Steering Committee. Dr. Robinson also runs a service-disabled veteran-owned and woman-owned small business that provides support, training, education, research, and operational strategies needed to seize impactful new opportunities to create and develop business processes with the use of artificial intelligence, Providential Management, Marketing, and Educational Services, LLC. This business focuses on operations, technology, healthcare, transportation, education, and supply chain management with an emphasis on management strategies, marketing services and training, and development within educational services. Dr. Robinson is currently studying sustainability in performance, inclusion, and evidence practice through the use of digital AI in Management/Healthcare, Marketing, and Educational Services to assist in training executives, HR professionals, educational institutions, and government institutions on management theory and knowledge of individuals and collaborative workplace programs. She has the knowledge, skills, and abilities to incorporate social impact components to programs and institutions of higher learning that incorporate equal opportunity laws, policies, programs, and congressional mandates.
She has a passion for real estate and runs Providential Realty and Trust, LLC which currently services the states of Tennessee, North Carolina, Maryland, and Ohio.
Dr. Robinson received a B.S. degree from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, her M.S. degree from Towson University, a Doctorate of Business Administration degree from Northcentral University, and a Doctorate in Psychology. She completed a residency at Mayo Medical Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, and subsequently served as a Fellow at Sinai Community Institute in Chicago, Illinois. Georgetta Robinson is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority and a member of the Maryland Chapter of American College of Healthcare Executives. She currently serves on the Young Government Leaders board as the Baltimore President from 2022-2024 and the National Small Business Association board while presiding on the Economic Council.
